BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.199

DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 APRIL 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac will mark the celebration of its 25 Charter Anniversary on 19 April 2023;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Tarlac to celebrate and participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 21 April 2023, Friday, as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 19 April 2023 which falls on a Wednesday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 21 April 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
