RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS SCHOOL SITE PURPOSE FOR SINAMAR NORTE INTEGRATED SCHOOL, SITUATED IN BARANGAY SINAMAR- NORTE, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MATEO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP IN FAVOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF PHILIPPINES — DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (RP-

DepEd)

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserved as school site purposes for Sinamar Norte Integrated School, granting ownership thereof in favor of the Republic of the Philippines — Department of Education (RP-DepEd), subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay Sinamar Norte, Municipality of San Mateo, Province

of Isabela, Island of Luzon and more particularly described as follows: “Lot 2913, Cad-211 A PARCEL OF LAND (identified as Lot 2913, Cad-211), as surveyed for Alejandra P. de Luna, situated in Barangay Sinamar Norte,

Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., along lines 1-2, on the E., along line 2-3; on the S., along line 3-4; on the W., along line 4-1, all by Road.

Beginning at a point marked ‘1’ of plan being S. 26 deg. 18€., 365.72 m. from BLLM No. 27, Cad-211, thence:

S. 83-06’ E., 94.14 m. to point 2; S. 03-57’ W., 84.54 m. to point 3; N, 85-33’ W., 124.02 m. to point 4; N. 22-43’E., 93.26 m. to point of

beginning. Containing an area of NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY SIX (9,466) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by BL. Cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cms. in diameter. Bearing true. The survey was

Bounded on the W., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 4367, Cad-211; on the N., along line 3-4 by Road; on the SE., along lines 4-5-6 by Road; and on the S., along line 6-1 by Road.

Beginning at a point marked ‘1’ of plan being S. 07 deg. O4'E., 419.74 m. from BLLM No. 27, Cad-211, thence:

N. 06-49°E., 40.71 m. to point 2; N. 00-38’ W., 71.34 m. to point 3; S. 86-52’ E., 104.85 m. to point 4; S. 22-30’ W., 53.05 m. to point 5; S, 22-56’ W., 66.28 m. to point 6; S. 86-20’ W., 62.73 m. to point of

beginning. Containing an area of NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THREE (9,223) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by BL. Cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cms. in diameter. Bearing true. The survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer Frederick F. Pascua on January 22, 1930 and was approved on October 25, 1939.”

The areas covered by the proclamation shall be under the administrative jurisdiction, supervision and control of the Department of Education (DepEd) which shall be responsible in maintaining the usefulness of the area.

The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue the corresponding Special Patent in favor of the Republic of the Philippines — Department of Education.
