DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN

WHEREAS, Friday, February 12, 2010, marks the 12" Charter Day anniversary of the City of Kidapawan;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Kidapawan full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare February 12, 2010 as a non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERM{TA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, February 12, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
