CALLING Tits CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES TO 4 SPECIAL SESSION,

WHEREAS, the public interost reauires that the Congress of the Philippines be convened in a special session ir order to consider urgent lemislative measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PERDINAND E. WARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested im ie by the Constitution, do hareby call the Congrass of tue Puilippines to a specinl session for seven (7) days, or up to the openings of the reguicr session of Congress on January a4, 1966, commencing January 17, 1966, at ten o'clock in’ the mornine, to consider the following subjects:
