DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 15, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION (CAR)
WHEREAS, Thursday, July 15, 2010, marks the 23 Foundation Day anniversary of the Cordillera Administrative Region;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Cordillera
Administrative Region be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO TIT, do hereby declare
Thursday, July 15, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Cordillera Administrative Region.
