BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 20

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 1, 2010, marks the 96" Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Cotabato:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 1, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
