MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 20 DECLARING MONDAY, 15 AUGUST 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN WHEREAS, Monday, 15 August 2016, marks the celebration of the Foundation Day of the Province of Bulacan; WHEREAS it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 15 August 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.
