PROCLAMATION NO. 2007

DECLARING TUESDAY, MARCH 2, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LA UNION

WHEREAS, Tuesday, March 2, 2010, marks the 160" Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of La Union;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of La Union full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, there is a need to declare March 2, 2010 as non-working day.

| NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by

| authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, March 2, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Province of La Union.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the ' seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
