DECLARING MONDAY, MARCH 8, 2010, AS SPECTAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Monday, March 8, 2010, marks the “Bulawan Festival 2010”: 12" Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Campostela Valley;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with

appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Montlay, March 8, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Compostela Valley.
