BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE sane ca PROCLAMATION NO. 202“ 4 EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 15, DATED APRIL 27, 1922, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE BUSOL FOREST RESERVATION AND DECLARING A CERTAIN PARCEL OR PARCELS OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN OR PORTIONS THEREOF SITUATED

IN PACDAL, BAGUIO VITY, OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT, AS AMENDED.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do "hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 15, dated April 27, 1922, which established the Busol Forest Reservation and declare the parcel or par- cels of land embraced therein or portions thereof situated in Pacdal, Baguio City, open to disposition under the pro- visions of the Public Land Act, as amended, to wit:
