PROCLAMATION NO. 2020

DECLARING MONDAY, MAY 10, 2010 AS SPECIAL PUBLIC (NON- WORKING) HOLIDAY THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY

WHEREAS, the national and local elections shall be held on Monday, May

10, 2610;

2010, should be declared a special public

WHEREAS, Monday, May 10, ple the fullest opportunity to participate in

(non-working) holiday to give the peo the said elections. EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by

GLORIA MACAPAGAI.-ARROYO, do hereby public (non-working) holiday

NOW, THEREFORE, I, authority of Her Excellency, i declare Monday, May 10, 2010, as special

throughout the country.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
