CREATING AND DESIGNATING TWO BUILDINGS TO BE KNOWN AS FILANDIA IT CENTER WHICH SHALL STAND ON A PARCEL OF ND LOCATED AT JACINTO EXTENSION CORNER QUIRINO AVENUE, DAVAO CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY PUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwige known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republid Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulatipns, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000, as amended by Resolutibn No. 04-295 dated 20 September 2004 ard Resolution No. 09-209 May 2009 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone _ the Filandia IT Center with a gross floor erea of 6,900 square meters,
