DECLARING THURSDAY, 11 MAY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF APARRI, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, on Thursday, 11 May 2017, the Municipality of Aparri, Cagayan marks the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Aparri, Cagayan, be given full Opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Thursday, 11 May 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Aparri, Cagayan.
