BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 2030

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 31, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PANABO

WHEREAS, Wednesday, March 31, 2010, marks the 9 Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Panabo;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Panabo full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare March 31, 2010 as a non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LEANDRO R. MENBOZA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, March 31, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Panabo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, [ have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
