DECLARING MONDAY/APRIL 5, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN WHEREAS, Monday, AprilS, 2010; marks the Foundation Day anniversqry of the Province of Pangasinan; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Pangasinan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. . .
