All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: all points are B,L. cylindrical concrete monuments, 15 x 40 cms.; Bearings true; Date of subdivision survey on August 2-3, 1955 executed by Engr. Nicomedes O. Mogamog and was approved on November 17, 1997.
