DECLARING MONDAY, APRIL 12, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA

WHEREAS, Monday, April 12, 2010, the Archdiocese of Zamboanga marks the centennial anniversary of its creation as a Diocese;

WuerEAs, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Zamboanga City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

Now, THEREFORE, |, LEANDRO R. MENDOZA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, April 12, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Zamboanga.
