PROCLAMATION No. 2038

DECLARING MONDAY, APRIL 19, 2010 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, Monday, April 19, 2010, marks the 12th Cityhood anniversary of the City of Tarlac;

WeRrEAs, it is but fitting and proper that the residents of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

Now, THEREFORE, |, LEANDRO R. MENDoza, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLoriA Macapacal-ARRoyo, do hereby declare Monday, April 19, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
