DECLARING FRIDAY, MAY 7, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WuerEAS, Friday, May 7, 2010, marks the 70th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of San Pablo;

WueREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies:

Now, THEREFORE, |, LEANDRO R. MENDOza, Executive SECRETARY, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, May 7, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo.
