I WHEREAS, the declaration of the year 2010 as the UP CFNR Centennial Ir.; Year shall make celebrations more memorable and significant. I' NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of ,. the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare I the year 2010 as the University of the- Philippines (UP) College of Forestry andNatural Resources (CFNR) Centennial Year. " All graduates of the UP CFNR who are working in various government offices are hereby allowed to attend the grand centennial celebrations from April 18-23, 2010 on official time, provided that there will be no cost or expenditure on the part of the government offices concerned in terms of fees or travel allowances, which must be borne by the attendees.
