Proclamation No. 205

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CALUNOD, MUNICIPALITY OF BALIANGAO, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MISAMIS, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the ad­ministration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the Barrio of Calunod, Municipality of Baliangao, Province of Occidental Misamis, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14976, to wit:

Beginning at point marked "1" on plan Swo-14976, S. 74° 36′ E., 4,076.45 m., more or less, from C. & G. triangulation station Pt. Casul, municipality of Baliangao, through Psu-93364, lot No. 1, thence S. 50° 52′ W. 40.16 m. to point 2; S. 50° 56′ W. 59.85 m. to point 3; N. 46° 56′ W. 218.82 m. to point 4; N. 61° 54′ E. 100.78 m. to point 5; S. 49° 19′ E. 99.06 m. to point 6; S. 46° 43′ E. 100.91 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 20,542 square meters.

Point 6, cross on stone monument; and the rest are P. L. S. cylindrical concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.

Bounded on the northeast, by properties of Zoilo Balucan and Portunato Jumalon; on the southeast, by properties of Fortunato Jumalon and Policarpio Duhaylongsod; and on the southwest and northwest, by property of Calunod barrio site.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 44′ E.
