"PHILIPPINE INDUSTRY AND NEP A WEEK". TO APRIL 1-7, 1964 . WHEREAS, the period comprising the last seven days of February of every year is designated as Philippine In­ dustry and Nepa Week under Proclamation No. 483, dated February 4, 1958; and WHEREAS,. the Philippine Chamber of Industries 1'e:' quests that this year's celebration of the Week be trans­ ferred to April 1-7, 1964; Now, THEREFORE, I, Diosdado J.Wacapagal, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me by law do hereby transfer this year's celebration of "Phil­ ippine Industry and Nepa Week" to April 1-7,· 1964.
