BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 205

DECLARING FRIDAY, 19 MAY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN

WHEREAS, the City of Butuan marks the celebration of the Balanghai Festival on Friday, 19 May 2017;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan, be

given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 19 May 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Butuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
