PROCLAMATION NO. 205

DECLARING TUESDAY, 25 APRIL 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ISABELA, PROVINCE OF BASILAN

WHEREAS, on 25 April 2023, Tuesday, the City of Isabela, Province of Basilan will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Isabela be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 25 April 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Isabela, Province of Basilan.
