PROPOSED PROCLAMATION RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY GIMANGPANG, MUNICIPALITY OF INITAO, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, ISLAND OF MINDANAO AS SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES FOR GIMANGPANG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE REPUBLIC ,.-OF THE PHILIPPINES -DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (RP- .DepEd) Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve as school site purposes for GIMANGPANG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL and granting ownership thereof in favor of the Republic of the Philippines -Department of Education (RP-DepEd), subject to private rights, if any there be, situated in Barangay Gimangpang, Municipality of Initao, Province of Misamis Oriental, Island of Mindanao and more particularly described as follows: "Lot 4107, Cad'"365 I A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 4107, Cad-365) situated in Barangay Gimangpang, Municipality of Initao, Province of Misamis Oriental, Island of Mindanao.
