Proclamation No. 206

RESERVING FOR PLAZA PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAVIA, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, ISLAND OF PANAY.

Upon the recommendation of the Director of Lands, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered one hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for plaza purposes under the administration of the municipality of Pavia, Iloilo, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the municipality of Pavia, Province of Iloilo, Island of Panay, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14997, to wit:

Beginning at point marked "1" on plan Swo-14997, N. 38° 42′ E. 621.90 m., more or less, from B. B. M. No. 44, Iloilo cadastre, thence N. 42° 34′ E. 126.25 m. to point 2; S. 38° 40′ E. 102.02 m. to point 3; S. 49° 01′ W. 120.23 m. to point 4; N. 41° 43′ W. 87.76 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 11,639 square meters.

Point 4, B. L. L. M. No. 1.

Bounded on the northeast, by Calle Hedriana; on the southeast, by road; on the southwest, by Pavia Road; and on the northwest, by road.

Bearings true. Declination, 1° 40′ E.

NOTE.—This is lot No. 2759 of Iloilo cadastre No. 25, case No. 6-A.

All corners not otherwise described are B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.
