MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 206 EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLA­ MATION NO. 70, DATED SEPTEMBER 23, 1954, WHICH RESERVED THE PARK AND MARKET SITES SITUATED IN ZAMBOANGA CITY, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSE'S OF THE DEVELO~- . MENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agricul­ ture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the author:Lty vested in me by by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President , ••. .. • of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 70, dated September 23, 1954, which reserved the park and market sites situated n Zam­ boanga City, a certain portion of the land embraced therein, and reserve the same for building site purposes under the adminish'ation of the Chairman of the Develop~ ment Bank of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be, which portion of land is more particularly described as follows, to wit: Sgs-2503 (The Development Bank of the Philippines) A parcel of land (as shown on plan Sgs-2503), situated in the City of Zamboanga, island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along line 2-2, by Portion of Lot 2046, Zamboanga Towllsite; on the SE., along line 2-3, by Portion of Lot 2046, Zamboanga Townsite; on the SW. and NW., along lines 3-4-1, by property of the City Gov't. of Zamboanga (Mr-1066- Portion). Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 610 52' W., 69.91 meters from Mon. S, Zamboanga Cad., thence S. 56 0 52' L., 19.99 meters to point 2; thence S. 29 0 59' '1., 49.92 meters to point 3; thenC'8 N. !OS 0 53' W., 19.99 meters to point 4; thence N. 29° 59' E., 49.93 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 997 square meters. All poiMs referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the gronnd as follows: points 1. 2, and 3, by B.L. marked on Pave­ ment; and point 4, by B.L. Cy1.· Cone. Mons.; bearings true; date of survey, May 29-June 3, 1963 and approved on June 20, 1993. NOTE: This is Lot 2054, a portion of Lot 2046 of Zamboanga. Townsite, Cad. 14.
