DECLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 20, 2002, AS A SPECIAL NON- WORKING DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN

WHEREAS, Thursday, June 20, 2002, marks the 55th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Dagupan;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, June 20, 2002, as a special non-working day in the City of Dagupan.
