Proclamation No. 2070, s. 1981 - Signed on March 16, 1981: Excluding from the operation of Proclamation No. 573, series of 1969, which established the magat river forest reserves, certain parcels of land embraced under Project Nos. 16-b, 5-j, and 3-d of Potia, Mayoyao, and Lagawe, respectively, province of Ifugao, Project Nos. 17-c and 29 of Cordon and Ramon, respectively, province of Isabela, and Project No. 6-a of Diadi, province of Nueva Vizcaya, and declaring the same open to disposition under the provisions of the public land act.
