PROCLAMATION NO. 2071

DECLARING SUNDAY, MARCH 29, 1981, AS TAGIG DAY.

WHEREAS, Sunday, March 29, 1981, marks the 81st foundation anniversary of the Municipality of Tagig, Metro Manila; and

WHEREAS, the people of said municipality desire to celebrate its foundation day with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Sunday, March 29, 1981, as Tagig Day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 27th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-one.
