MALACA:N'ANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 208 REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 378, DATED JAN­ UARY 2, 1957, WHICH RESERVED FOR CITY HALL SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN CEBD CITY, ISLAND OF CEBU, AND DECLAR­ ING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER FrHE PROVlSoIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agricul­ ture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me-by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 378, dated January 2, 1957, which reserved for City Hall site purposes certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in Cebu City, Island of Cebu, and dec:l1;1,1'8 the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act.
