RAMOS, Pesident of the Republic of thePhilippines, by vitue of the powes vested in me by law, do heeby declae, upon the ecommendation of theChaiman, National Disaste~, Coodinating Council, a state of public calamity in Geneal Santos City, which has been sevely affected by to~~ential ains and flashfloods.
