PROCLAMATION NO. 208

DECLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 20, 2002, AS A SPECIAL NON- WORKING DAY IN THE CITY OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Thursday, June 20, 2002, marks the 434 Charter Day anniversary of the City of Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, June 20, 2002, as a special day in the City of Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
