Proclamation No. 209
RESERVING FOR PARK AND PLAYGROUND PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE PHILIPPINES LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALABON, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section sixty-four of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for park and playground purposes, under the administration of the municipality of Malabon, Rizal, the following-described parcel of the private domain of the Commonwealth of the Philippines situated in the barrio of Julong-Duhat, municipality of Malabon, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14965, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14965, N. 27° 44′ W. 2,163.05 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 2, municipality of Malabon, thence N. 76° 17′ E. 76.60 m. to point 2; S. 15° 58′ E. 39.46 m. to point 3; S. 75° 24′ W. 77.32 m. to point 4; N. 14° 54′ W. 40.64 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 3,081 square meters.
Point 1, nail on top of wooden post; and the rest are B. L. cylindrical concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.
Bounded on the northeast, by lot No. 67 of plan Bsd-308 (Calle Duhat); on the southeast, by Calle Princesa; on the southwest, by lot No. 172 of plan Bsd-308 (Calle Naval); and on the northwest, by lot No. 25 of plan Bsd-308 (school garden).
Bearings true. Declination, 1° 04′ E.
