BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 209

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 24 MAY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TITAY, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, on 24 May 2023, Wednesday, the Municipality of Titay, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Titay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 24 May 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Titay, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
