DECLARTNG MARCH lo, 1966, AS "LIBERATION DAY" SOR Tim ISLA OF PAHAY.

WHEREAS, Merch 18, 1966, marks the 21st anniversary of the landing, of American liberation forces on the island of Pansy at Tigbauan Beach, Tloils; and

WiIERRAS, the peaple of Panay should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate esrencnies;

NOW, WSIKREPORE, I, FERDINAND EZ. MARCOS, President of the llijipineas, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law,

do hereby declare March 18, 1966, as "Liberstion Doy" for

the Island of Panay.
