DECLARING BWESDAY, AUGUST 19, 1986, AS A NON-WORKING SEECIAN*PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN QUEZON PROVINCE, LUCENA CITY AND QUEZON CITY,

WHEREAS, the 108th birth anniversary of the late President Manuel iL. Yuezon falls on Tuesday, August 19, 1986; and

WHEREAS, the people of quezon Province, his birth- place, including Lucena City and the city named after him should be given full opportunity to render homage to the memory of our illustrious leader, patriot, states- man and one of the ablest men this country has produced;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, COKAZON c. agUINO, President of the Philippines, by vi-«-ne of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declar- ‘uesday, August 19, 1986, as a + non-working special prlbiic holiday in yYuezon Province, - Lucena City and yuezon City.

IN WITNESS wHEKEOP, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal o° the Republic of the ‘Philippines to be affixed.
