TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 1992 TO AUGUST 31, 1993 WHEREAS, the Institute for Studies on Diabetes Foundation, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 778, series of 1991, to conduct a national fund campaign from July 1, 1991 to June 30, 1992; WHEREAS, the Institute for Studies on Diabetes Foundation, Inc., needs additional time to raise more funds for its laud- able ob"jectives; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Institute for Studies on Diabetes Founda- tion, Inc. to conduct a national fund campaign from September 1, 1992 to August 31, 1993; .For this purpose, all donations, bequests and gifts received by the Institute for Studies on Diabetes Foundation, Inc., for the implementation of its rograms and activities shall be entitled to all the tax exemption and deductibility benefits provided in the appropriate provisions of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
