RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE LAMBA CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY OF LAMBA, BANGA, SOUTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the sfegammendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, |, BENIGNO S. AQUINO, Ill, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserved for school site purposes of the Lamba Central Elementary School, and granting ownership thereof in favor of the Republic of the Philippines — Department of Education (RP-DepEd) subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Lamba, Banga, South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, which is: more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land, Lot 128, Gss-524, situated in Brgy. Lamba, Banga, South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the Northeast along line 4-5; Southeast along line 5-1; Southwest along line 1-2; and Northwest along lines 2-3-4 all by road. Beginning from pint marked ‘1’ on plan being Lot 128, Gss-524, being S. 18 deg. W., 1040.56 m. from BLLM

No. 1, Gss-524. N. 59-07’ W., 216.07 m. to point 2; N. 12-34 W., 4.46 m. to point 3; N. 29-08’ E., 189.46 m. to point 4; S. 60-25’ E., 272.19 m. to point 5; S. 44-14 W., 204,32 m. to point 6;

beginning, containing an area of FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY ONE (47,991) SQUARE METERS, Bearings: True. All points referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground as B.L. Cyl. Mons. 15x60 cm. Date of Original Survey, Apri! 9, 1960 by survey Party No. 19-E and was approved on October 15, 1974.”
