PROCLAMATION NO. 21

DECLARING TUESDAY, 30 AUGUST 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ISULAN, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS, on 30 August 2022, Tuesday, the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat, will mark the celebration of its 65" Founding Anniversary and the 9h Hamungaya Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Isulan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 30 August 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat.
