Proclamation No. 210

RESERVING FOR RAILROAD PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF RABON, MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for railroad purposes, under the administration of the Manila Railroad Company, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain situated in the barrio of Rabon, municipality of Rosario, Province of La Union, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14967, to wit:

Lot No. 1357, Swo-14967.—A parcel of land (lot No. 1357 of the cadastral survey of Rosario, G. L. R. O. Cadastral Record No. 255), situated in the barrio of Rabon, municipality of Rosario, Province of La Union. Bounded on the NE., by lot No. 107; on the SE., by lot No. 2529; on the SW., by Lingayen Gulf; and on the NW., by lot No. 1358. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 15° 47′ E., 455.85 meters, more or less, from M. B. M. No. 1, Rosario cadastre; thence S. 83° 40′ W., 14.07 m. to point "2;" thence N. 17° 41′ W., 32.52 m. to point "3;" thence N. 20° 15′ W., 228.53 m. to point "4;" thence N. 76° 49′ E., 16.32 m. to point "5;" thence S. 14° 02′ E., 20.42 m. to point "6;" thence S. 15° 56′ E., 20.58 m. to point "7;" thence S. 18° 22′ E., 20.53 m. to point "8;" thence S. 19° 55′ E., 20.28 m. to point "9;" thence S. 20° 26′ E., 180.78 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of three thousand two hundred forty-one square meters (3,241), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1," "2," and "4" to "9," inclusive, are marked by B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.; and point "3" by cross on aludig tree, 35 cm. diameter. Bearings true; declination, 0° 44′ E.; date of the cadastral survey, January 1918-August, 1919.
