BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 210

EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR MENTAL HEALTH FOUNDATION, INC.

WHEREAS, the National Center for Mental Health Foundation, Inc. is a private, non-stock and charitable organization directly assisting the National Center for Mental Health in its rehabili- tation program for the mentally ill;

WHEREAS, the National Center for Mental Health Foundation, Ine. was authorized under Proclamation No, 62 dated February 20, 1987, to conduct a national fund campaign from December 31, 1986 to January 31, 1987, to attain its avowed aims and purposes;

WHEREAS, the Foundation needs additional time to conduct a national membership and fund campaign to sponsor its laudable projects.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the period of the national membership and fund campaign of the National Center for the Mental Health Foundation, Inc,, up te January 31, 1989,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, 1 have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
