WHEREAS, Monday, 1 August 2011, marks the 63 Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Compostela, Compostela Valley;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Compostela, Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate: and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
