Proclamation No. 211

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF IMPASUGONG, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain situated in the municipal district of Impasugong, Province of Bukidnon, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14992, to wit:

Lot No. 1.—Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14992, N. 83° 55′ W. 771.86 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipal district of Impasugong, thence N. 20° 46′ E. 195.00 m. to point 2; S. 69° 22′ E. 747.94 m. to point 3; S. 19° 43′ W. 189.71 m. to point 4; N. 69° 46′ W. 751.45 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 144,205 square meters.

Points 1, 2, and 3, P. L. S. stone monuments; point 4, P. L. S. concrete monument.

Bounded on the northeast, by public land properties of Miguel Lorenzo, Agustin Alatao, and Dionisio Lumajud; on the southeast, by road; on the southwest, by property of Tomas Landito and public land; and on the northwest, by public land.

Bearings true. Declination, 2° 00′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14992 (Psu-8910, sheet No. 1).

True copy approved: July 31, 1937.

NOTE.—This survey cancels 11-4083.

B. L. L. M. No. 1 and B. L. L. M. No. 2, Impasugong, are tie points set by the private surveyor.

They are of stone monuments, 20 by 20 by 80 cm. marked B. L. L. M. and centered with holes.
