m Fill ~ "1} MAI.ACANANU Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 211 DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF CALAMITY IN THE MUNI- CIPALITY OF TAMBULIG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR WHEREAS, the Secretary of National Defense as Chairman of the National Disaster Coordinating Council recommends that the Municipality of Tambulig, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, be declared under a state of calamity relative to the Tungawan Massacre; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the existence of a state of calamity in the Municipality of Tambulig, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
