BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 211

DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 23, 2002, AS A SPECIAL NON- WORKING DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG

WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 23, 2002, marks the 4274 Charter Day anniversary of the City of Gingoog;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 23, 2002, as a special non- “working day in the City of Gingoog.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
