CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY TAGANITO, CLAVER, SURIGAO DEL NORTE AS AN INCLUSION TO THE EXISTING TAGANITO SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of. the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), 1, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and.designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Resolution No. 11-098 (s. 2011), of the PEZA Board of Directors, certain parcels of land located at Barangay Taganito, Claver, Surigao del Norte for inclusion to the existing Taganito Special Economic Zone, with an area of Seventy Five Thousand (75,094) square meters (7.5094 Hectares), as defined by the following technical description:
