CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAYS DARANGAN AND SAN ROQUE, MUNICIPALITIES OF BINANGONAN AND ANGONO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC TOURISM ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as a special economic tourism zone, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 00-231 dated 27 July 2000 as amended by Resolution No. 00-394, dated 12 December 2000, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located in Barangays Darangan and San Roque, Municipalities of Binangonan and Angono, respectively, Province of Rizal, henceforth to be known as EASTBAY ARTS, RECREATIONAL AND TOURISM ZONE, consisting of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY SIX (266,796) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
