AUDMORIZING THE EPHPHEPA FOUNDATION FOR TES 41ND, INC., TO CUNLUCT A NAPICNAL, EDUCATIONAL, VEMBERSHIP AND FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERTCD OF ONE YEA

WESAEAS , for over eighteen years, the Ephpheta Foundation for the Sling, 2 ances formerly the sphpheta, Ine. has enge aBed in various rehabilitation projects for the blind

WHEREAS, the Foundetion maintains a dormitory for single blind firls ard a nursery—-kirdergarten for the children of the disabled;

enact the Foundation is seeking to establish a Home for the aged Blind and to build one hundred (100) low-cost houses in lots awarded by the Setional Housing authority; and

WHEREaS, these sctivities of the Foundation deserve tne Tull support of the public;
