PROCLAMATION NO. 214

DECLARING MONDAY, 24 JULY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental will mark the celebration of its 63 Charter Day/44" Kaliga Festival on 23 July 2023;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Gingoog to celebrate and participate in the occasion, the Sangguniang Panlungsod requested that 24 July 2023, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 23 July 2023 which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 24 July 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog.
